How to Find Your Inner Asian/Q Up 2010
Q Up is an arts intensive for young Asian American girls residing in Queens, NY slated for February 2010. The project is a collaboration between Rising Circle and Queens Theatre in the Park and includes a free performance of Nancy Kim's How to Find Your Inner Asian!
Q Up is a 2009 Recipient of the Asian Women's Giving Circle grant, a giving circle fund of Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy!
Q Up is supported, in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs, in partnership with the City Council.

OUR MISSION
Rising Circle is a collective of theater artists of color committed to producing work that reflects the diversity of the world we live in. By creating a home for artists of various disciplines and backgrounds, Rising Circle empowers this community of artists to challenge cultural misperceptions and raise social awareness through developing original stories and staging unique adaptations of published works.
